Ingredients

2 Tbsp. yeast (2 pkg.)
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
3 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water; add sugar, salt and oil.
Add 2 cups flour and beat smooth.
Add 1 cup flour and knead until smooth and elastic.
Place in greased bowl; cover.
Let rise until double.
Punch down.
Divide in half and spread in 2 greased pans.
