Cathy'S Chicken Hooters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 pkg. skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 breasts)
Preparation
    Mix the bread crumbs and Parmesan and spread them onto a dinner plate.
    Melt the butter and brush it onto the chicken breasts.
    Dip them into the bread crumbs/Parmesan cheese mixture.
