Marolyn'S Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. onion
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 slices bread, cubed
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Melt butter and mix in flour.
    Add milk, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened.
    Mix in onion, Worcestershire sauce and bread.
    Cool.
    Fold in mayo, lemon, salt and pepper.
    Heat remaining 2 tablespoons butter; saute crab and mix with cooled mixture.
    Put in shells; sprinkle with paprika and bake at 450\u00b0 until hot, 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
