Stuffing Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. sage
    2 large onions, chopped
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    1 c. chicken broth or water (1 can chicken with rice soup with a little water)
    8 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 tsp. thyme
    4 c. chopped celery and leaves
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Saute celery, onions and seasonings in the margarine in skillet for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into 12 balls and put one in each of 12 well-greased muffin pan sections.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
