Velvet Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Sift flour with baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Beat egg yolks; add milk and oil.
    Pour into flour mixture.
    Beat until smooth.
    Fold into egg whites lightly, but thoroughly.
    Use 1/2 cup batter for each waffle.
