Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sharp American cheese, shredded
1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans (1 2/3 cups)
1 (15 oz.) jar enchilada sauce (1 2/3 cups)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

For topper reserve 1 cup of corn chips.
Combine rest of chips with 1 cup shredded sharp American cheese, chili with beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and minced onion.
Pour into 11x7x1-1/2 baking dish.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes or till hot in 375\u00b0 oven.\tSpread top with 1 cup sour cream.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded sharp American cheese.
Circle rest of corn chips around edge.
Bake 5 minutes longer.
Serves 6.
