Strawberry Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Thaw strawberries about halfway.
    Combine first 3 ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    In a separate smaller bowl, sift together dry ingredients and stir into strawberry mixture until thoroughly blended.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour batter into two 9 x 5-inch greased loaf pans.
    Bake in (preheated) 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour.
