Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, room temperature
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
    1 clove garlic, minced fine
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix cheeses and garlic well.
    Shape into two rolls.
    Spread nuts on piece of wax paper.
    Sprinkle paprika over nuts.
    Roll cheese roll over nuts.
    Wrap in foil and chill.
    Slice to serve with your favorite cracker.
