Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. biscuit mix
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (omit if hot sausage is used)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl until combined well.
    Shape into 1/2-inch balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
