Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sweet potatoes (canned)
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 stick margarine
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. canned evaporated milk
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. coconut, frozen or freshly grated
Preparation
    Mix ingredients with mixer.
    Pour into buttered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
    For variation, potatoes may be baked in unbaked pie shell and topped with marshmallows or other toppings.
