New England Baked Beans(Serving Size: 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. dried Great Northern beans
1/3 lb. bacon
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. dark molasses
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Wash beans and soak overnight.
Or, add to cold water and boil for two minutes, then soak for one hour.
Simmer beans (only) for 30 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over beans.
Add water to cover.
Bake six hours at 250\u00b0 or use a crock-pot.
