Mango Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 tsp. vanilla flavor
    1/2 tsp. coriander
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. milk
    2/3 c. water
    1 stick melted margarine
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 c. sliced mangos
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Sift together the Bisquick, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
    Add egg and milk; beat thoroughly.
    Stir in melted margarine and 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix thoroughly until smooth. Pour into an 8 x 11-inch pan; set aside.
    In a large bowl, place mangos.
    Dissolve cornstarch in water; add to mangos.
    Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, coriander, 1/4 cup sugar (or sweeten to taste) and lemon juice.
    Spread mango mixture over Bisquick.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
