Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry instant yeast or 1 Tbsp.
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. oil or melted oleo
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix water, yeast, salt, sugar and egg and whip with wire whip. Add oil and flour.
    If using an electric mixer, it will be less kneading by hand.
    When dough is not sticky, oil and let set for about 30 minutes.
    Make out into your favorite rolls, buns, etc. Makes good cinnamon rolls.
    Can be refrigerated in airtight container for up to 3 days.
