Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

frozen pie shell
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayo
salt and pepper
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. either ham, bacon or crabmeat
Preparation

Bake pie shell 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool.
Beat eggs, milk and mayo.
Pour into cooled pie shell.
Salt and pepper.
Add cheese and ham, bacon or crabmeat.
Onions or green peppers are good also.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
