Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 envelope gelatin
    1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Be sure the cream cheese, butter and sour cream are at room temperature. Beat gradually. Add the sugar.
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
    Pour warm gelatin over hot water.
    Add gelatin to cream cheese mixture and mix.
    Add the almonds.
    Put in 1-quart mold and refrigerate.
    Really yummy.
