Potato Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    instant mashed potato puff (enough for 8 servings)
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    2 green onions, thinly sliced (about 1/4 c.)
    2 c. cut up cooked corned beef
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, cut up (about 1 c.)
    paprika
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare potato puffs in 3-quart casserole as directed on package.
    Stir in sauerkraut and onions.
    Spoon half of the potato-sauerkraut mixture into ungreased 2-quart casserole; cover with corned beef and cheese.
    Top with remaining potato-sauerkraut mixture; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
