Cheese Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sliced, cooked carrots
1 stick oleo
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Put carrots in buttered baking dish. Pour melted oleo over them. Put crushed crackers on top of mixture and Cheddar cheese over crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
