Sausage-Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 chopped onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) macaroni, cooked and drained
2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Saute sausage, onion and green pepper in skillet. Pour off drippings. Add flour and salt, blending well. Gradually add milk and cook over heat, stirring until thickened. Stir in macaroni and 1 cup of cheese. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
