Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. croutons
1 c. shredded Cheddar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
8 small sausages (breakfast type)
chopped green or red pepper (optional)
4 slices bacon, cooked
Preparation

Place croutons in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Add cheese.
Mix remaining ingredients with bacon, broken into bits. Pour over croutons and cheese.
Arrange sausages on top to form pinwheel design.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
(Could use ham bits instead of bacon.)
