Bran Muffin Treats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. Post Fruit & Fibre (high fiber cereal, any variety)
    1 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
    Combine cereal and milk in another bowl.
    Let stand 3 minutes.
    Stir in egg whites and oil.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Stir just until moistened (batter will be lumpy).
    Spoon batter into cupcake papers or greased muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full.
    Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
