Country Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread, trimmed and cubed
1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
6 to 10 eggs
1 to 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
pepper to taste
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Line bottom of casserole with bread and sausage.
Mix eggs, cheese, milk, salt, mustard and pepper.
Pour over bread and sausage.
Refrigerate overnight (very important).
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Serves 8 to 12.
