Brandied Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. brandy
minced parsley (for coating)
Preparation

Beat butter with cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
Add salt and parsley.
Gradually beat in Monterey Jack cheese.
Beat in brandy a little at a time.
Chill cheese mixture.
