Lasagna(Makes 2 Pans) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (mild)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large can tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    12 to 15 lasagna noodles
    3 c. cottage cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 c. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly.
    Spoon off excess fat.
    Add next 6 ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cook noodles, while simmering meat sauce, in boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
