Oriental Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice, cooled
    2 to 3 c. marshmallows
    1 large can pineapple (chunks), drained
    2 diced apples, unpeeled
    12 oz. Cool Whip
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix rice, marshmallows, Cool Whip, then sweeten with the sugars; add fruit.
    Keeps well.
    Better if you mix and let set for awhile or overnight.
