Electric Skillet Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. mini marshmallows
    1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter (crunchy)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Set skillet at 340\u00b0.
    Add sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Stir until mixture comes to boil; stir constantly.
    Count time from boil 5 minutes.
    Turn skillet off.
    Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla.
    Stir until marshmallows are melted.
    Put into an 8-inch square buttered pan.
    Cool; cut into 36 pieces.
    Makes 2 pounds.
