Cranberry Orange Molds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. uncooked cranberries
2 c. sugar
2 pkg. lemon gelatin
4 small oranges, peeled
rind of 2 oranges
2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Put cranberries and orange rind through food chopper.
Dice oranges.
Add oranges and sugar to cranberry mixture.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and cool.
Add gelatin to cranberry mix. Pour into oiled molds.
Chill until firm.
