Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 c. flour
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    6 medium new potatoes, quartered
    1 bunch carrots, diced
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. Crisco
    1 can green peas, drained
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and garlic powder stew meat.
    Roll in flour to cover meat.
    Brown meat in oil on all sides and remove from large skillet.
    Add onion, bell pepper and celery and saute until tender.
    Add soup and water and return meat to skillet, blending all together.
    Add carrots, potatoes, peas and Worcestershire sauce and cook over low heat about 2 hours.
    Add more water as needed.
