Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 can pinto beans, drained
    1 can lima beans, drained
    1 can hominy, drained
    3 (4 oz.) cans chopped chilies
    3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 pkg. ranch dressing
Preparation
    Combine and simmer 30 minutes.
    Grated cheese may be added to each serving.
    Eat with chips.
