Mom'S Pumpkin Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, separated
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. coffee cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg yolk; add pumpkin, milk, sugar and spices.
    Beat egg white, adding 1 tablespoon sugar.
    Whip cream; mix with egg white. Add pumpkin mixture; freeze in 9 x 13-inch pan, without stirring.
