No Cholesterol Honey-Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 large baking apples
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. canola oil
    2/3 c. honey
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. egg substitute (equal to 4 eggs)
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Peel and thinly slice apples.
    Put into large bowl.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
    In another bowl, combine egg substitute, baking powder and oil.
    Add water, honey and vanilla.
    Combine.
    Add flour one cup at a time.
    Mix well.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch glass baking pan with vegetable oil.
    Spread one-half of the dough into the pan.
    Carefully layer apples over the top.
    Pour in any juice from the apples.
    Cover with the rest of the dough.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until top is golden brown.
