Pink Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon (14 to 16 oz.)
    1 large white potato
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. corn meal
    dash of black pepper
    1/3 c. heavy whipping cream
Preparation
    Boil potato, peel and mash.
    Remove bone from salmon.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Brown in hot oil until lightly browned on both sides.
