Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1 1/2 c. shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    4 slices crispy, fried bacon, chopped
    1 onion
    1 pie crust
    Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
Preparation
    Fry onion in bacon drippings.
    Put onion and chopped bacon bits on baked pie crust.
