Vitality Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 egg
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 c. chili sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Chop onion.
    Wash and chop parsley. Add beef, pork, onion and parsley to bowl.
    Mix.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix. Press firmly into loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour. Serves 8.
