Pacific Rim Salmon Cakes With Mixed Salad Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Alaskan salmon
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
    1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    3 egg whites
    6 to 8 c. mixed salad greens
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Toss with bread crumbs, onions, cilantro and ginger.
    Mix in egg whites.
    Form into 8 patties. Coat patties with more bread crumbs and saute them over medium heat in a small amount of oil until brown on both sides.
