Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch deep-dish pie crust
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    16 oz. pkg. Pictsweet cut leaf spinach, thawed
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place pie crust in pan and prick sides and bottom.
    Bake for 3 minutes.
    Remove from oven, prick crust again and bake 3 additional minutes.
    Cool.
    Saute onion in margarine and remove from heat.
    Add spinach and cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients and stir in spinach mixture.
    Pour into pie shell and bake for 35 minutes.
    Cool for 5 minutes.
    Serves 6.
