Tangy Meat Loaf(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 onions, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. rolled oats
    1/3 c. catsup
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Mix together and blend in remaining ingredients.
    Press into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
