Chicken Enchilada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 lb. cheese
    3 c. broth (from chicken)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chili pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 large pkg. Doritos (taco flavor)
    1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken.
    Thicken about 3 cups broth with flour and milk which have been mixed together to make a paste. Saute onions.
    Add chicken, Ro-Tel (not drained), onions, garlic salt and cream of mushroom soup to broth mixture.
    Bring to boil. Butter baking dish or spray with Pam.
    Line 1/2 package Doritos. Add a layer of chicken mixture and layer of cheese, then add another layer of Doritos and chicken mixture, topping with cheese the last 10 to 15 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
