Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
8 eggs, well beaten
2 1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. dry mustard
3 slices bread
2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Crumble and fry sausage.
Drain fat.
Break bread into pieces and place in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place sausage on top of bread.
Mix together the eggs, milk and mustard.
Pour over bread and sausage.
Top with cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cut into squares.
Serves 12 to 16.
