Dean Darling'S Pineapple-Banana Nut Snack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. crushed pineapple (with juice)
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. diced bananas
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Grease a 9-inch square cake pan.
In a large bowl, sift together flour and baking powder.
Add cinnamon, sugar and salt. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
Add oil, pineapple, eggs, bananas and vanilla.
Stir to blend.
(Do not use mixer.)
Fold into mixture the pecans and pour into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 9.
