Pumpkin Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix (with pudding)
    1 c. nuts (walnuts), chopped
    1 1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together.
    Place mixture into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle yellow cake mix over pumpkin mixture, then sprinkle with nuts.
    Drizzle 1 1/2 cups butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 12 or more.
    May top with whipped topping or cream.
    Also may want to add a little more spices, if desired.
