Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. oats
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. salt
    6 1/4 c. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Soften the yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups boiling water, oats, molasses, shortening and salt.
    Cool a few minutes.
    Stir in 2 cups flour; add eggs and beat well.
    Stir in yeast; beat well.
    Add remaining flour.
    Mix until smooth.
    Grease top lightly.
    Cover and put in refrigerator 2 hours.
    Turn out on well floured surface; shape into 2 loaves. Place in greased pans.
    Cover; let rise in warm place about 2 hours.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
