Crispy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 c. cornflake crumbs
    1 c. skim milk
    seasoning (if desired)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Remove skin from chicken; rinse and dry.
    Season and coat each piece with oil or dip in milk.
    Shake; remove excess.
    Roll in crumbs.
    Let stand for awhile.
    Place chicken in an oiled baking pan (line pan with foil for easy clean up).
    Do not crowd; pieces should not touch.
    Bake for 45 minutes or more.
    Crumbs will form a crisp \"skin.\"
    Makes 4 servings.
