Queen Of Puddings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. freshly made white bread crumbs
    1/3 c. sugar
    finely grated rind of 1 small orange
    2 large eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. raspberry jam
Preparation
    Melt butter in milk; stir it into the bread crumbs in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons sugar and leave mixture to soak for 30 minutes. Stir the egg yolks into the soaked mixture.
    Pour into a 5-cup ovenproof dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until just set.
