Shery'S No-Fry French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large baking potatoes (about 2 3/4 lb.)
    light vegetable oil spray
    2 large egg whites
    1 Tbsp. Cajun spice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Slice potatoes into thin lengthwise strips.
    Coat a baking sheet with cooking oil spray.
    Combine egg whites and Cajun spice in a bowl.
    Add the potatoes onto the baking sheet and spread into single layer.
    Place baking sheet on bottom rack of oven.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes until fries are crispy, turning every 6 to 8 minutes so they brown evenly.
