Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    3 medium onions, peeled, sliced and separated into rings
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    margarine
    sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Layer potatoes and onion; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese over the potatoes.
    Put a few pats of margarine over cheese.
    Mix soup with 1/2 can water.
    Pour over cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
