Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, washed and drained
1 red onion sliced
3 finely chopped, hard-cooked eggs
6 to 8 slices crumbled bacon
1/4 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix

Preparation

Layer the ingredients into a bowl and top with dressing.
