Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 pork chops
    1 pkg. soda crackers, crushed
    1 qt. stewed tomatoes
    1 sliced onion
    oil
Preparation
    Dampen pork chops and then coat with cracker crumbs.
    Brown in small amount of fat in a skillet.
    Transfer browned chops to a roasting pan with a cover.
    Pour tomatoes over the chops and top with sliced onion.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, covered.
