Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cubed potatoes
1/2 c. water
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes.
Mix remaining ingredients (except Cheddar cheese).
Put into a 3-quart casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
