Lemon Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    juice of 2 lemons (about 1/4 c.)
    vanilla wafer crumbs
Preparation
    Put milk in a bowl in freezer until ice particles form around edge of bowl.
    Using an electric
    mixer whip milk until it begins to thicken.
    Add sugar and juice gradually and continue to whip until sugar is dissolved.
    Line a buttered container with crumbs. Add lemon mousse and top with a few crumbs or nuts.
    Cut in squares to serve.
