Mandarin Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 box yellow SuperMoist cake mix
 
1/4 c. oil, mixed with 1/4 c. melted margarine,
2 eggs
1 can Mandarin oranges (reserve 1/4 c. liquid plus orange slice)
Preparation
- 
                            Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
 
Blend the cake mix, oil-margarine, eggs and oranges; mix well.
Bake in 2 layer, round pans or one 9 x 13-inch pan (well-greased and floured) for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool, then spread with icing.
